The Faculty

Peter Finnegan

Co-founder / Director

Managing Director of Communiqué International, Peter Finnegan designs and directs a wide range of communications consultancy and skills-development projects across the public and private sectors. He has deep expertise in the area of media communication, crisis communication, persuasive communication and the communication of change, and acts as communications advisor and strategist to a wide range of companies and organisations both in Ireland and internationally. Peter holds an MSc in Executive Leadership from the University of Ulster and Boston College.

Luke Monahan

Co-founder / Director

Luke Monahan is a highly experienced facilitator, presenter, commentator and author in the educational arena both nationally and internationally. He currently works as an accredited workplace mediator and also a leadership and change management consultant to organisations across the public and private sector. He has been head of the Centre of Education Services at Marino Institute for ten years; leading a team to facilitate innovative and needs based services to schools around leadership development, ethos promotion, Board training and conflict management. Luke has two masters degrees in leadership and is a senior associate at the Irish Management Institute.

John Fanning

John worked for forty years in advertising and was Managing Director of McConnell's Advertising from 1980—2000; becoming its Chairman until 2006. He now lectures in Branding and Marketing Communications at the Smurfit Business School. His book, The Importance of Being Branded: An Irish Perspective was published in 2006. He has also written over fifty papers on the subject which have appeared in Irish and international journals and writes a regular column for Marketing Magazine.

Anne-Marie Gill

Anne-Marie Gill is a strategic HR consultant with over 25 years’ experience at Senior Management level in some of the world’s leading companies. She has wide-ranging experience in all areas of Human Resources having worked in 20 countries in Europe, North America, Canada, Mexico and Asia across the public, private and voluntary sectors.

Camilla Beglan

Programme Director

Camilla Beglan is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant who works with a number of global organisations with clients located in Europe, the US and Asia. She is the Programme Director for the Leadership Diploma at the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in Dublin and is an Accreditation panellist for the Coaching Accreditation Programme at Ashridge Business School in the UK. Camilla has a BA in International Marketing and Languages from DCU, an MBA from UCD, and a Masters in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School.

Bob Semple

Bob Semple is a chartered accountant who spent 26 years as a partner in PwC in Ireland and Canada. He has senior management consulting and audit experience in a broad range of public and private organisations across all sectors, and also has extensive experience as presenter and facilitator in his specialist areas of Corporate Governance, Board Effectiveness, Risk Management and Internal Audit. Bob is a regular speaker to a wide variety of academic courses and professional audiences both in Ireland and internationally.

Kingsley Aikins

Kingsley is regarded as a world-class exponent in the art of networking. He has spent over 30 years working globally in the areas of trade and investment, philanthropy, education, culture, tourism and sport. As CEO of a major international non-proft organisation for 17 years, he raised over a quarter of a billion dollars in 12 countries. Kingsley and his colleagues are now focusing on online / offline training in Networking, Philanthropy and Diaspora with corporations, governments and non-proft organisations. He is an Economics and Politics graduate of Trinity College, Dublin.

Aibhlin McCrann

Aibhlín McCrann is a communications consultant, facilitator and writer. She is a director of Communiqué International and co-founder of MasterScribes - a highly experienced team of professional writers and editors who specialise in all forms of business writing. Aibhlin holds a BA, B.MUS from University College Dublin, and served on the Board of the Arts Council, An Chomhairle Ealaíon from 2006 - 2016.

Kenneth McKenzie

Kenneth McKenzie is Strategic Planning Director with Target McConnells, where he leads and co-builds advertising and marketing strategies for clients across telcos, financial services, food & drink, and healthcare. He is a trained social psychologist, and has held academic posts in UCD and Trinity College Dublin. His specialism is drilling down into the complex business of how people make decisions in the real world.

Peter Brennan

Dr. Peter Brennan is Managing Director of EPS Consulting; a public affairs and public policy consultancy that has completed over 350 projects over the past ten years for Government, the Oireachtas, State Agencies, Local Government, the European Commission, business and trade associations and private clients. Peter is also joint owner of Bid Management Services which assists private companies produce bid documents and also advises public bodies on public procurement. He was President of Dublin Chamber in 2010 and is a Fellow of the Irish Management Consultants Association. He a founding member of the Public Policy Advisors' Network.
